डेलीभरीबारे जानकारी ( Information about Delivery)

हामी ग्राहक महानुभावहरुले अर्डरगर्नु भएको सामान ४ देखि ७२ घण्टाभित्रमा अर्डर गरेर तोकेको स्थानमा पुर्याउनेछौ । यो नियम काठमाडौँ, भक्तपुर, र ललतिपुर जिल्लामा मात्र लागुहुनेछ । यी जिल्ला बाहेक अन्य जिल्लामा ३ दिन देखि १० दिन भित्रमा अर्डर गरेको सामान तोकेको स्थानमा आइपुगनेछ।

Ordered goods will be delivered to respective destinations /place within 4 to 72 hours. This condition is valid within the three districts: Kathmandu, Bhaktapur and Lalitpur of the valley only. Out of Kathmandu valley, the delivery time can reach from 3 to 7 days.

Return Policy  (फिर्ता पोलिसी)

डेलिभरी भइसकेको सामान फिर्ता हुने छैन तर ग्राहकको रोजाइ भन्दा फरक पर्न गएमा वा कुनै कारणवश टुटफुट देखा परेमा उक्त सामान फिर्ता गरिने छ वा नयाँ सामान उपलब्ध गराइने छ ।

Goods once sold will not be exchanged for cash, but they can be exchanged for another goods if the purchased goods are not exact as ordered  and/or broken/damaged.
